Mr. Tobias has over fifteen years experience as a graphic designer and has considerable experience and acumen in the print, web and video media. His expertise also includes professional experience developing and producing computer animation.

In 1997, he graduated from The Art Institute of Houston as an honors' graduate with
an Associates of Computer Science Degree in Computer Animation to enhance and suppliment his already extensive career in the graphic arts. During the course of his successful career, he has worked in the corporate world for such major corporations
as: Bechtel Corp., Conoco, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a graphic designer.

He also has a life-long passion for the film and video production industries and, as a
result, has a solid understanding of them that he brings to Quasar video projects.

Tracy designed the logo for computer gaming developer, Pixelux Entertainment
a California company that is in partnership with George Lucas' LucasArts in
San Jose, California.

He has extensive experience using InDesign, Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Encore, AfterEffects, Lightwave 3D and Maya.
